The El Camino was VERY similiar to the utes you guys have down under but, it didn't look near as good.
Here is a pic of a couple to give you an idea of what they were, different years of course.

thanks for posting the pics of the el camino, very similar to the older utes we have going around here. hehe no mcdonalds has there service windows on the right side for our cars ;-)
