I know this thread is a month old but I have some Q's...

As for the pics in the OP, are those 18" wheels and what size rubber are they wrapped in?

I didn't know GM made any 2WD trucks with torsion springs up front, can someone elaborate?

To the original poster, any update as to how the ride is with the front torsion keys all the way decranked? Did you modify stock bumstops, replace with aftermarket bumpstops, or remove them?

Truck looks nice! 'bout how I'd like to have my Z71 sit...

The ride didn't change at all. I didn't change the front bump stops either.

4x4 trucks and ALL SUVS that bodystyle are torsion bar

most 2wd trucks are coil sprung, however, there are certain models that had torsion bars under the 2wd pickups. I don't know why, don't know which ones, but I have seen it.

Thanks for the info...

Are yours 18's or 20's? and what size rubber?

Reason I ask is that I'll be sticking with factory 17's and plan to run 275/65-17's, a 31" tire compared to the factory tire which specs to 31.6". I like the way yours fill the wheel wells and am trying to guage OD in comparison to the combo I'd like to run...

Sorry, I haven't been on. I'm running stock 20's with Factory tires.
