Default Looking for a toobox that does not scream "REDNECK".or "Steal me"

Not sure how else to put that.

My Daily Driver is an 06' ECSB Silverado.
Ever since I put 2 12s under the back seats, I lost a lot of interior storage room for jumper cables, male end of my receiver hitch with the ball, tow straps, ect.
I want a toolbox, but dont want anything that extends past the bed height. Id like to have something that sits a little lower down in the bed, but wont prevent me from hauling a quad. Lockable and weatherproof. It need not be huge. Just something to fit the afore mentioned items in, and maybe a few other things such as a jack. Id like to have something that looks halfway decent, something that wont kill the looks of the truck, not that its anything special, I just dont need a JoBox, Knack, or anything like that.
Suggestions?
BTW, this is the truck.

I've thought about having one made that could slide to the back of the truck so you could lay the gate down and have drawers in the side of it and what not. But that's money i don't have. (as i can't use regular box do to lack of reaching ability).
If its just small stuff there is a toolbox that mounts to the backside of your tailgate, you can't really notice it unless the gate is down. I seen it in Jc Whitney once. I'll see if i can find it. But like i said, Its for small things.

thats mine. i also have it rhino-lined on the inside for extra grip. im an electrical contractor and carry a bit of tools from time to time. i everything that i could possibly need to and it has plenty of room. and it does NOT come above the top of the bed, i could put on a flush-mount tonneau if i wanted to. its black diamond plate so as to not stand out, i dont think it looks that bad and its light enough that i can install and remove it as needed. i can also carry a full sized atv in the bed with it in with the tailgate down

I would suggest an over the wheel well box, like this one:
http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...001002/c-10101 Yer quad should squeeze right past it, and you can put it between the wheel well and the cab, not like the pic shows. They work great for the smaller stuff like you mentioned, plus some tools for the quad. I've seen some really nice diamond plated boxes that are the same design but I can't remember where.

Hmm, had it since February of '07 and no problems yet, only gripe is that I wish the handles were a little easier, sometimes they are kinda hard to unlatch....
