Looking for opinions and ideas on the appearance of my truck. I like the chrome and billet but thinking about going with a black mesh grille and black headlight housings with halos and black fog light housings. Paint the wheel inserts to match the paint? Cowl,HD or ram air hood? I bought the truck like this and want to make it my own but like others opinions.

 

Black mesh grille will look better than the billet. About the headlight, you can open the assembly and install halo kit or you can buy a new set of halo projector headlights like Spyder.

 

I'm not a fan of color matching wheels anymore, and chrome..... The black mesh and so on is a great idea! This truck would look nice if you did all the black and painted the wheels a gloss black! Maybe some tint, if you don't already have it tinted. Would look like a completely different truck!

As for headlights, Clear lenses,
Black back grounds,
Quad Bi zenon Mini H1 Projector retrofit with chrome or black Gatling shrouds, 35watt 4500k, morimoto ballast and phillips bulbs.
Fogs, Matchbox Bizenon projecotrs with same bulbs as above,
Tails and third brake light, Clear lenses, black background, LED.

Black out grill surround 9maybe color match, but probably not) and leave bars satin or polished to match wheels.
Color match lower valance and upper on front bumper.
Gloss black paint the mirrors and door handles, color matched is lame.
Color matched hard top bed cover.
or a flush mount tri fold cover. yess, this is better.
hide antenna and fill the hole.
tint match eyebrow across windshield.

Oval black stainless slash cut exhaust tucked high and tight before rear wheels.

a small 2" contoured cowl would look pretty good
