there are 4 tabs actually. Here is a link for you. I just pryed them off nice and easy. They are held on by double sided tape anyway so if you do break one of the tabs it's not the end of the world. John & Tom. . . . omg lol

John- now you have a nice shiny chrome bumper I would put a tow strap in it and yank it clear off, then key your bed just to watch you cry.
