What routine maintenance do you do and how often

I was just wondering what everyone does for routine maintenance and how often you do it? I am not really asking about oil changes... Here what i plan on doing today.. BTW my truck has 65k on it, not too shabby for a DD...

Replace both O2 sensors (1 died again

)
Clean/re-oil air flilter
clean MAF
Maybe check the gaps and condition of the plugs...

Log truck and update tune if necessary...

honestly I have been blessed with a low maintenace need. Spark plugs once a year (TR6) and Air filter cleaning whenever I feel like it. 48K on the clock.

I haven't logged my truck in a long time, AFR is pretty good and no issues.
