Yea, I ordered some katzkins over a year ago and had a terrible experience. I ordered the black seats with ostrich tan inserts and tan stitching, the ostrich "leather" looked like a cheap vinyl with brown marker dotted all over it, and the ink used to make the quill marks was smeared on other parts of the leather. It took me 2 months of going back and forth with leatherseats.com before finally michael katz the president of katzkin emailed me and offered a refund, he was the only one that seemed to want to be of any help. Other than the shitty insert the seats looked nice, wouldn't recommend any of the exotic inserts however.

 

ya the autoleaters.com messed up on my second order too. they sent me a drives side lower bucket pattern that didnt have the cut out for power controls... instead of the hassle im just goin to modify it a little. not htat big of a deal but i would expect better, especially after they messed up once...i had some weird blue markings on mine. but they rubbed off pretty easily.
