Default Katzkin mess up. please assist (pics)

well i was thrilled today when my katzkin arrived (only took two weeks to get here) and once i opened up the box, it came to my attention something was wrong... first my captains' chairs' patterns dont have an arm rest mold in them. it just rounds out...2nd i have to extra pieces i just cant identify, someon please tell me what these pieces look like they belong?? to me it looks like something that would go on a bench seat in the front.
and finally, does anyone know how to remove a headrest off of an 04.
i just cant figure it out. any help is greatly appreciated.

did you get front and back?? the first pick is for a split bench. it is for the top of the console and the bottom also. i dont know what you are trying to show in the second pic. take a pic of the fold down piece in the second pic (i am guessing it is the back seat?) it might go on there but i dont know how they are shaped. but i know it is for the split bench in front if you have it

Yea, those 2 pieces look like they're for a center jump seat/console. To remove the head rests, you have to find a little hole on the plastic trim that the head rest shafts go into, and put a straight pick in that hole and it will release the headrest.

As for removing the head rest you need a paperclip to push in the little pin hole on the inside(s) of the mount

it sounds to me like you have front buckets with armrests, and you ordered the seat covers for a Split bench. That's why you have that extra material.. b/c it goes on the folding console/seat in the middle of the front row(which you don't have)

If you're talkin about the one at the rear of the full length center console, I used a screwdriver and carefully popped it out (opened it first, then slipped the screwdriver in between the cup holder and console where it pivots)

Just out of curiosity, how much trouble is it to put those things on? Do you have to take out the seats?

the thing that makes me mad is that the woman called me and asked me to verify if i had buckets or front bench. and i said i have captains chairs with armrests. when i called her back yesterday she said it was a paperwork mistake and that my new covers will be overnighted to me on monday. that just burns my ***.

as for install. i removed the seats to install mine, i think u could possibly install them while the seats were in but it would add alot more pain to the procedure. its a pretty finite process. u have to get a lil black piece into a female black piece and it is a little difficult to get enough extra material to have enough room. once u start doin it, u get the hang of it.
