So I just heard back from the seller through eBay. I was told I would get a full refund within 48 hours. I guess all is well that ends well. As displeased as I am with the product, I am very happy with the way they are handling this. With their feedback rating and willingness to give a full refund it makes me believe this is a 1 off situation. Off to the Body shop I go to see if it will be worth my while to get this painted...

Any guesses on cost to make it look decent???

FWIW, I have their 99-02 SS Bumper cover in "fiberflex" or whatever. It looks an awful lot like the picture you posted of your RST spoiler. It fit great, and the boxing/shipping was great... the bumper just looks a little rough. Especially when I plan to body work and paint the truck myself.
