Yeah, I hope it all work out for the OP. I would warn those people that if they didn't make things right,...(with NO more expense out of your pocket), you will give them a very bad grade/write-up. I would tell them that right up front.
Is it possible for the OP to get the BBB in that area involved if they don't take care of this for him?

the shipping labol sometimes has there number on it!

Still no answer. I'm giving them until the end of the day before I initiate a claim through paypal.

Paypal is good about taking care of people. The last time I got screwed over by an eBay seller was over a spoiler for a friend's car. Not only did PayPal refund me in full, but I also got to keep the spoiler and repair it for a few bucks.

Wow that's what I like to hear! I'm not trying to screw anyone here... I just want to be treated fairly, and right now that's not the case.
