Default Installed shackle kit today

Put on a 3 inch shackle drop. Would have been simple if I didn't have to remove my hitch, but well worth it. Truck looks 100 times better and handles better to. Tires and wheels next.

Default 3" Shackle Drop???

Monte.....where do you find 3" drop shackles?

The site here talks about what a bitch it is to replace the hangers!! Now, you come along and talk about a 3" shackle. I think I'd sacrifice 1" of a 4" drop to avoid the hassel of removing the hangers.
Talk to me Dude. Where are they from, how much, and all that ****.

Got any pic's of the new look? Would love to see them.

Mine is an 02' Silverado short bed, regular cab so there would probably be no difference, right?

What, if anything, are you doing up front? Stock or is it coming down, too?

Thanks for the info.

I bought them from my buddy who owns a local speed shop, I'll check with him and see if he can ship'em out to you. They were simple to install, just remove the lower shackle bolt's jack up the rear so that you can take the top bolts out above the frame and reverse the process for install. No drop in the front it acutally sits perfectly level now. I'll try to get pics soon and get back to you on the shackle kit.
