take the blocks out of the back
, probably not what you ment huh?
they make an offset key for prety cheap that is about the same as cranking the tortion bars but a little better. other than that i think it is expensive and alot of work.

A lot of people with trucks like yours are swapping the torsion bar keys with the keys from a 2000 Ford F-150. These keys are indexed a little different and allow the front to be lifted without cranking the torsion bars as much thus giving a little better ride. Cost is about $40 for the pair and less than a hour of work.
I have a 2500HD which use the keys from a 1500 series truck like yours to do the same thing. Been running it for a year and have no complaints and a better ride than just cranking the stock torsion bars. Mine is lifted 2" in the front to level it out.
