Default how the hell do u get the daytime running lights on??

ever since ive had my truck ive never been able to get the inside lower bulbs to come on. when i start my truck the headlights and the bottom lights always come on together, i can turn them off with the dome override but thats it. ive messed with the switches but nothing happens

somethings wrong.
the daytime lights should not be on while head lights are on.
it's illegal here in texas to have more than one set of head lamps above the bumper from what I understand

no the daytime lights dont come on at all, and the **** doesnt do ****

did you get your truck used? maybe someone pulled the fuse - its DRL in the under-the-hood fuse box

yeah Im with 03GMC, you have a blown fuse or a burnt out relay.

My DRL's come on when I put the truck in gear. Yours should do the same, thats odd.

relay is going to be in the engine compartment fuse box, should be in on the left hand side just follow the diagram on the lid and that will tell you where it's at. you might need to get someone with a volt meter/ohm meter to check it out for ya.

Let us know what you find with the lights. My 99 ZR2 was equipped with them (said so on the sticker) but they never operated.
