Have seen the bedsides fixed, but they cracked again. Best bet is a new bedside. Want to say from gm they are in the neighborhood of $700

yeah when my truck was a stepside i cracked one, bought a replacement box side painted it, installed it bla bla bla, expensive, 6 months later re-broke it, Began searching for a fleet thats the best fix for a stepside, they look cool but they are weak as hell.

if its just a crack and theres no misssing pieces they can plastiweld it back together. like welding metal, but with plastic.

What he said, or drill a hole slightly wider than the crack to stop it from spreading then use whatever you want to to seal or cover it up. But the drilled hole at the end or ends should stop it from spreading

plastic welding 101 haha

first drill a hole at the end of the crack to stop it from continuing.
next on the back side melt in some type of wire mesh(stronger than window screen) make sure you melt it down into the bed side so it can barely be seen. then on the outside of the panel grind the crack into a V shape so you can melt some plastic in there. after melting plastic into the V groove sand and wipe some mud on her. then paint.
