im in indy i know what you mean. theres twice as many cars on the road in chicago going 20-30 mph faster and far less chaos on the road. 465 is crazy for as few cars are actually on it. wrecks are a major deal here too, everyone rubbernecking and the cops shut down 2-3 lanes for a wreck. drag them off on the shoulder like the rest of the world.
