Is there anyone here is Phoenix that would be willing to give me a lesson on how to upholster a headliner? I have never done interior work of this kind before and it would be nice to have some pointers from someone with experience.

I want to delete the passenger's grab handle. I read this How-to:

and the guy says he used some kind of polyester filler to fill in some areas of things he was deleting. What would I use and where would I go to get it?

As far as the glue to hold the fabric, I keep hearing conflicting statements on which to use. It's always 3M stuff but not sure which one is the BEST.
