The first one is same one I have on my truck, I even bought it from the same people you posted, except mine as SS! It looks great, but it was a royal PIA to install and make look right!!!!!! Here is a pic.

ive got a shell that is already cutout for billet, that I took off of my truck when I did the denali conversion. Its not perfect but its not broken either.

Man there are a lot of people who can't read on here...

Personally I have a hard time trusting the quality of aftermarket grilles. Mine got broke a while back so I tried out one of the ebay grilles and it was a big POS. Very brittle poorly painted plastic. I broke the stupid thing just getting it out of the packaging. Sent it back and ended up finding a decent deal on an OEM one. If you do try out the ebay place make sure they have a good return policy just incase..
