I agree on the blinding the **** out of people

I had like 5 people flash me with my stock bulbs and tonight so far Ive had 6 people flash me with my HID's. Ive re-adjusted them a few times but I still see people hold their hand at their mirror to block the light and **** and they are now adjusted a little to low for my taste but whatever. They are pretty ******* bright. I got my kit from InMotion Perf. he's a sponsor>>>>>>

Now I want to buy another kit for my high beams so that when people falsh me I can really show them whats up

I have a question about these replacement bulbs that are "whiter, bluer, brighter" etc...do they project out as far as the factory bulbs? Because that's what I want at night, I want to see what's coming before it's right in front of me. I'm blind as a bat in the dark, but have 20/20 during the day. I had a set of some brand of bulbs that a friend got me with his BestBuy discount...they were supposed to be super bright. Well, they looked white instead of yellow, but in all reality, I could only see about 3/4 as far out as I could with the factory bulbs. I even tried driving with one of each (stock on one side, aftermarket on the other) as a comparison, and the factory bulb projected noticably further. I didn't even use them for a week until I got sick of em and put the stockers back in. Not to mention, I hear alot about these bulbs lasting only 6 months to a year...my truck's a 99 (with only 51k though), but I'm still running the headlight bulbs that came with the truck when I bought it almost 8 years ago...not too shabby (probably just jinked myself though).

If you want the light to be projected out farther, the only real option is HID's. When I decided to put them in my wifes Trailblazer, she griped and said,"Why spend the money when my stock headlights are just fine?". Well after driving with HID's, she will never again drive with halogen bubs. She too has a harder time seeing at night. Anything reflective will be visible from way farther away and it's a lot harder to overdrive your headlights. I rarely need to use my high-beams also. The 4300-6000k range will put off a nice white light and have the best visibility while the 8000k will have a blue tint and a little less visibility(still way more than stock).
