Tried to finish putting on my Halo's this morning but have ran into nothing but major problems.
a) my halo's did not come with anything except for the bulbs and red and white wires to splice into the factory hookup
b) cut the connectors from in back of the stock denali lights since you cant pull them through.
c) reconnect the wires from the bulb socket to the factory connection and what do ya know, the bulb now no longer works, but before we made the cut and spliced them together the bulb worked. strange if you ask me because the only difference between the factory setup and what me and the old man did was cut them to seperate them to get them out behind the headlight then re-attached them.
d) i decide to give up on the cheap pieces of **** I paid $240 for and cut the wires they came with for the halo's and decide i dont care if the halo's light up, I just want lights so I can drive at night. Unfortunaley as above the bulb never worked, so I cut the bulb off the running lights wire and connect the projector bulb to those wires and the bulb works.
Unfortunately I dont think the daytime running lamps stay on at night, so now I think I'm pretty much f*cked out of nighttime driving for awhile until I can figure out a fix, or pay for someone to wire them up for me.
word of warning, never buy from cheap *** asian ****'s

well I got pissed off and cut the halo wires off. I'm taking them to a place that fixed my tail light shortage one time, and hopefully they'll be open on Monday (they're Arabs) and get them to re-wire the **** to work.
