If you smoke anything inside the vehicle it will leave a film on the windshield and make it worse

 

If the anit-fog stuff doesn't work, you could always carry a rag on a stick (j/k)

I don't smoke, so thats not an issue. I did pick up a bottle of the anti-fog stuff, which it seems to have helped, its just that I need to take a thin layer of plain water on it now to remove the streaks the anti-fog stuff left on. I have gotten most of it, but some of the corners are a bitch.
