Cut springs and flip in the rear. The person I bought it from did all that. I'm slowly trying to fix it and do shackles and spindles. Tires are 255/60/18 front and 265/60/18 rear.Hid's are 10K

As far as the pictures go, a little trick is to use the timer setting and, if you don't have a tripod, set the camera on something sturdy. And I agree as well, if you set the camera to a lower ISO, it'll reduce the noise and give a cleaner shot.
