its on the, i guess highest ride, setting and it lowered it 2 inches... If i move it to the next one, moving the leaf spring higher, would lower the truck....

yes moving the leafs higher will lower your truck. put them on the highest hole to get the most drop.

yes, and the lowest hole on the shackles lowered it 2 inches, so in theory... the next hole should lower it another inch

im pretty sure my buddies regency ecsb sierra has 3" shackles from Regency...

Next time you get a chance look at where the rear bumpstops are mounted... If they are not mounted DIRECTLY to the frame you can remove the bracket that they are on and they will mount on the frame just fine. I have my truck done this way. Give you another 2" or so of clearance.

ok guys link me to these 3" shackles? and fyi lowering shackles vary in length and depending on the truck can lower 1"-2", then you have to take in account tire size change, front drop, gas, ect... to the op, your truck looks dropped 3" in the rear to me.

no

to get 3" out of a shackle you have to get a special shackle (3/4 ton) and cut out the bed above the shackle to make it fit correctly, i know a guy who has it done
