Default Few 2/4 drop questions....

1. Will stock shocks work?

2. Will 285/50/20's cause any rubbing issues?

3. Do I need pinion shims?

Thanks for the help!

You shouldn't need new shocks but it wouldn't be a waste of time or money.
285/50s should work with very, very minor rubbing
A carrier bearing is necessary? I've been running my 2/4 drop for 2 years, never a problem. Should I invest in one though?

They will rub. Nothing wrong with 275/45/20 though.

Do not use the stock shocks if you go with a leaf/spring kit. They are not designed to handle it, and you will ruin your bumpstop. I can't say about shackles and hangers though.

The wheels also have a 20mm offset if that helps. I am just worried about spending the $$ on an install and then they rub.
