Default exhaust hidden or out the back....

as it sit rihgt now i have the exhaust running straight out the back of the truck but when i got new shocks put on the guy that did it had to redo one of the pipes to clear the shock. when it was done the tip was not even with the otherside and the pipe still hits the shock when ii hit bumps and stuff. so im asking opinions here as to what everyone thinks. should i keep it the way it is well after he striaghtens them out or should i just turn them down before the axle and be done with it?

this is how it looks now

the tips are even in this picture but this is how it should look lol.

well i was going to dump it but the guy that did the exhaust insisted i let him fix it lol. they are close as we could get them short of replacing the pipes from the muffler back but its close enough for me. its just a matter of time before some idiot rear ends me since noone can drive in this state. he's a friend of mine thats why i wasnt a ***** about it and make him replace the pipes.
