What is the going rate for an Escalade cluster? Is it really that easy to install? I have never taken apart my dash. If you could give a basic rundown of how you did it that would be great. Thanks!

around 200. turn the key on, put the truck in neutral, pop the dash bezel off, take out the 4 screws that hold the cluster in, pull it out and unplug it then just do the reverse to put the new one it. easy as pie

Yeah, what he said. I got mine from US Speedo on ebay for $279, not including mileage programming. I'm going to get that done locally. The same Escalade cluster goes for $350 on GMpartsdirect.com.
