well the cover in the picture isnt stock and has some extensive smoothing and filling with bondo or fiberglass to remove the text that was there. It either had vortec 6000 and the swirls or a round spot where a cadillac emblem used to be. You cant buy them pre-smooth in that shape...at least I have never seen them.

Man, those covers look sweet...someone put alot of time and sweat into those. As far as a sticker goes, I'd go with something you like, or, if you have a nickname for your truck. (me for instance, have this wierd fascination with skulls, crossbones, the Grim Reaper, etc...so I got my lic plates to say REAPER1...REAPER alone was taken

If you like retro at all, you could always get some custom pinstriping. Of course there's always flames (gee...haven't seen that in a while
