Hehe back to the dynamat subject...
I'd really like to do this as well, I seem to have alot of highway road noise and I would LOVE to quiet it down some. Is it necessary to do the roof as well? how difficult is it to remove seats/carpet and all of that stuff?
Thanks

Not saying you're one of those guys, but it just irritates me when I have "customers" come in to the shop and I educate them on product for sometimes hours (literally) and they come in 2 weeks later with the same product they bought online for less money.

Hey, if you don't give a **** about your local economy good for you. Don't go crying when your local town sucks and your car audio choices blow.
What do you do for a living?
Ignorance is bliss.

Surprising thing is that I do most of my shopping at Ross or Marshalls as I can't afford much of the brand names stuff, and going to Ross or Marshalls has the brand name stuff at discount. Am I cheap, no. Just frugal with my money and am looking for the best value
I live in San Diego, and can get most anything I need in this town or in LA. So location is not an issue.
As for what I do for a living, I am the IT manager for my company. I make enough money for my lifestyle, and can afford retail prices, but choose not to pay for it as the markup is absurd.

Back on topic. Look at some other brands like Brownbread, RaamAudio, and and B-Quiet as alternatives to Dynamat.
The above three companies give equal to or better performance in some cases for less in regards to sound deaedning.

How much does something like that run for?

www.b-quiet.com is very good as well
But if you want expensive jsut as good, go to any retail shop for Dynamat. I recall paying some $90 or for about 24 Sq ft, when I could have bought near 100 sq ft of RaamMat from Raamaudio for the same price.
