Drop shackle holes?

I ordered rear drop shackles for my truck, they have 2 holes on it. Is the very bottom one for the 2 inch drop?

Not sure which holes you're referring to as the bottom, but you should be using the set of holes all the way at the end. The set in the middle is for a 1" drop.
