Default Drop Question

i called up a place the other day to talk to them about droppin my hoe. they said that a 2/4 would be 550 withou keys? i think. and 750 if he replaced hte keys? (<--might be wrong word. idk). anyway i needa know if that is a good price?
also, he was tellin me that since i got 285/50/20 tires that it might rub when i turn so he would probally only drop it 1/3. blah. i think i can go for the 2/4 without any rubbin or bottoming out. but what do i know, please speak up if u know anything. thanks ..dads payin for drop

That $ sounds about rite, I was quoted arround the same for my Yukon(all parts & labor except shocks). I also have 20" with 285/50/20. My front wheels rubb a little but only when i turn it full to one side. I dont think ill drop it that low maybe 2/3 or so, any pics of your ride? Here are some of mine, laters

Here is my dads yukon xl 2wd dropped 2/3. Its got 22x9.5 with a 305/40/22. The kit is eibach with no keys. Torsion squeezed and it rides pretty good. 479 installed and aligned at Les Schwab.

Here it is right before the drop.

Yeah I had it installed (tint) a couple of days ago. $25 bucks for the 2 front windows and the strip on the windshield. The Yukon has 20x9.5 Panther Juice6 wheels with 285/50/20 Goodyear Eagle tires. It is the charcoal color, (paint) is your Tahoe black or charcoal? Well laters.
