DRL / Turn Signal Mod, Part 2
Well, I finally got the sockets in. It was even easier than I thought. All you need is:
The sockets are marked A, B, and G. Just t-tap the wires from the new socket to the corresponding wires on the socket on the truck, wrap them in electrical tape, and viola:
- (2) turn signal sockets--p/n 15306147
- (2) Sylvania SilverStar bulbs--p/n 3157
- (6) 18-22 guage wire taps (t-taps)
- pliers
- electrical tape

No, it turns the lamp that would normally be in the DRL position into an parking/turn signal. So, it's lit with the parking lights, blinks, etc. I'll have to get it on video...it looks WICKED!!!
