I got the complete set of DJM Calmax shocks on and took it for a drive tonight. The difference in ride and handling is night and day. MUCH improved. I think it rides and drives better than it ever has. I love the ride and handling now.

Now if I can get the hard acceleration vibration out of it I will be completely satisfied with the drop.

With all the people having issues with pinion angles, you'd think we'd have a sticky on this by now. Something like:

IF YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR RIDE HEIGHT YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR DRIVELINE ANGLES...ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A VIBRATION !!!!!!!!!

[/rant]

BTW, sweet drop.

Took me a minute to get used to it because I liked the way you had it before so much.

Just to finish off the thread. I finally got the vibration nearly gone. Certainly acceptable. Might feel just a smidgen beyond 100 under full throttle. Woohoo!

1/2" worth of shims under the rear of the tranny and 4* shims in the leaf.
