gmc dealer said that denalis trucks use the same frame as before(99-02) .the part #s on denali bumper impact bars are the same on 04 yukon denali and sierra denali . so according to him denali trucks get old frame and regular trucks get new frame . it not that they get all new frame anyway , its just a new front section welded on the 03-04 trucks and sierra denali gets the same as yukons that is the origanal one on the 99-02 trucks.

I did this swap on my 2000 GMC and there were no frame modifications. I don't think that they have changed for 04 either. You can check out my pics at this link. Also, my hood doesn't stick out. I'd like to see a pic of Chingon's front end up close so I can see how bad it really is. Maybe the hood needs adjusting?

The 99-02 frame p/n is 15063954. The 03 frame p/n is 15065906. They are DEFINITELY different.

Great Pics damn I like that front end!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a feeling sometime within the near future the new Denalis will have updated the way the bumper and bumper cover mounts, to be compatible with the 04 frame horns. Every time I post I am so thankful for this forum. Damn you guys are a wealth of knowledge. We should just get everyone from this forum to collaborate and build one truck to take to SEMA and whoop everyones ***..........Think about the possibilities..................
