They may not be 2" shackles, I've had them for a while and cant really remember what they are lol. I used to have them on an 02 rcsb. Maybe 4"?


As far as looks go, I wanna color match the door handles, mirrors, and tailgate latch, SSS bumper cover with black vents, color matched intimidator wing, and an RST roll pan, I love the way they look even though I may not run the pipes out through the rear.
As far as performance goes, I really eventually wanna boost it. Haven't decided how yet but probably turbo. But for now I'm just gonna do the basic bolt on's to the 4.8, headers/ORY, tune, e-fans. Still undecided on a cam. I have a brand new tsp220 but kinda leaning towards a vinci trucker cam.
Also in a toss on after getting the bolt on's if I wanna boost it or swap everything over to a 6.0. Decisions, decisions haha. It's just SO hard to decide cause there are so many different options to choose from on these engines.

I've also got another project going to so I gotta split my love between the two trucks and also my fiance' LOL. The blue pickup in the background is mine and my Dad's project truck. It's an 82 scottsdale half ton we're restoring back to original except for some wider rally wheels and a 454. She's quite the sleeper

 

Thanks Bud, I'm mainly focused on the Show rather than the Go right now since my daily commute is 80 miles roundtrip. Im enjoying my 20mpg at the moment. But Im definately going with some lt's/ory and a custom tune come January. I've been scanning the classifieds regularly hoping to score a deal on a exterior peices I need (SS bumper cover, RST pan, spoiler).

I hate the black bumpers now, I liked em' at first until someone told me it made it look like a WT package which was like a slap in the face cause it's actually an LS haha
