Cleaned up the ole man's truck for him
#1
So my parents went to the Cardinals baseball game today, so I thought I'd wash up his duramax for him. What a son I am. lol He ripped off the vent visors but couldn't figure out how to get the glue off, so I did it for him.
It was a huge pain in the ***!!! Way worse than mine was. Here are just a few quick pics of it. He just had exhaust, intake, and a programmer. (He has the old man theme going on for now, I haven't quite broke him yet)

, you are welcome to try and talk him into it. I try to get him to let me debadge it and take the running boards off and he won't even let me do that. He does like turning that programmer up a little bit some times.
When I put my SS gauges in, he was eyeing up the website saying, hmm so it's that easy huh. He might come around.
Yea it doesn't happen often, but that glue **** was driving me nuts. So I just did it for him. It took me about an hour to get all the residue off mine, wash and polish it. It took me over two hours just getting the glue off of his. It was a huge pain. I'm just glad I got it done.

thanks guys. Yea he was pretty happy with it. Of course I went out to dinner with him last night and I had to stay on him to keep out of the water puddles.
It was nice growing up with that barn at my disposal. When I was a kid we used to play in it all the time. Now I get to keep all my goose decoys in it.

Not too bad for an old man truck.
