So the trans blew up last week and here are the left overs. sorry crappy phone pics......


Here is the new 05 4l80 with 34,000 miles. Its got a hd2 transgo and huhges deep pan for cooling.

so far parts huting for the swap is the hardest part. I have had trouble with the tune aspect of it but Justin @ blackbear took care of my worries on that! So now i have almost everything and ill post up some part numbers and a write up when im done and driving it!

the tune is a piece of cake, it takes literally 5 seconds to swap from 60 to 80

na not in my case haha! My 07 classic e85 truck has a diff os than any other truck ever produced to man kind! (peice of ****) So i searched everywhere to find a match to do the segment swap! Instead Justin had to completly write an entire tune for a different truck for it to work! Now i have to try it ha!
