checkmate tonneau cover

i have a 04 silverado ECSB with a bed liner that goes over the rails too. will the checkmate soft cover fit?

Shouldn't be a problem. I have a Checkmate soft cover and I like it. Even with the bedliner over the rails it shouldn't be too bad.
