center flip down console/seat swap for a solid console

I have a 2004 SCSB silverado. An my truck is basically a three seater with the flip down console in the middle. But I want to install a solid console an get rid of my third passanger.

Is that possible?
An what kind of consol would I need to get that would fit?

im not sure what the exact color is? Its would need to be dark gray almost black

That would most likely be RPO 12I - Interior trim, Graphite
