Default ? Bulldog primer

I'm color matching some chrome pieces on my truck. I have already sanded them down and from what I read. I should use Bulldog primer on chrome to help the adhesion.

But Do I spray a sand able primer over the bulldog primer or just paint it after two coats of bulldog.

I usually always sprayed directly over the bulldog myself and never primed plastic or chrome pieces..

Thanks that's what I thought but I saw another thread where a guy said to spray more primer after the bulldog. But you never know if they knew what they where talking about.

Is the bulldog a primer or adhesion promoter? If adhesion promoter I would spray primer over it.
