Default BedLiners

I have a show truck that makes an occasional 1/4 mile run.

The bed shines as much as the body panels. I made a liner out of "egg carton" matress padding. But hauling a air tank, car jack, spare set of tires, and so on has scratches sections of the bed. So i'm in the market for a bedliner.

It will not be seen below the factory tonneau. I've factored out the rug type liners, cause i often carry jugs of race gas and methanol with me.

What are some opinions on different brand/type of bedliners. Keep in mind, the truck will never see dirt, gravel, motorcycles, tool boxes, or even rain. And it cant stick up over the bedrails, if so, i would need to trim it.

its a RSCB 1st Gen S-10

i got mine put in at a local shop. told them what i wanted and they did it. (the top or the bed rails but NOT over lap on the sides and i think it turned out great.
Hurculiner is a good one as well as good ol Rhino liner, line-x is a GM supplier and that bed liner actually saved my life in a wreck i was in.

The spray in bed liners look and work great, I have the Line-X but one thing, they are not good for oils and solvents like meth. It will ruin the liner if you do not clean up a spill asap. You might think about a drop in liner?

dont do drop in if you like the way your bed shines now, I gurantee you it will chafe the paint right off, Im on my second truck that had a bedliner and it did it to both, spray in liner or none at all period.

I have Line-X with extra. Makes it look very glossy. But it may not matter when you are transporting chemicals that can ruin it. Drop in's don't look very nice on any truck.

Don't do a drop in, it will ruin everything under it, I've seen that happen a thousand times. If you don't want a bed rug, just go with a rubber mat, it will keep stuff from sliding/scratching and can come back out easily to clean or show the truck. I love my line X, but like trever1t said, they don't like chemicals and will sometimes discolor if exposed.
