if its no being seen why not spray? it last longer and doesnt hurt the truck like a drop in. or get it carpeted with that stain resistant carpet

spray in would be permanent wouldn't it? i'm looking to protect the paint in the bed.

Do they make rubber liners with rubber sides and front/tailgate?

For spray in's they have to sand/scuff your paint, so that it adheres to your bed. A rubber drop in would work, although water would still get in and sit between the rubber and paint.

that sounds good. cause the bed never sees water. scuffing the bed would ruin the finish i'm trying to protect. so i guess drop-in is a definite, and from the other comments, a plastic ones will scratch the paint. So a carpet or rubber one is what i need.

Any brand preferences?

Get a bed rug they can handle everything and cover the sides tailgate. Held in by velcro.

Yeah I think a bedrug would be a good choice. Looks nicer than a rubber bed liner.

My lid is a *******. Quality stuff. Not sure about the bed rugs. They are out here in SoCal and the guys are always helpful. Have helped me numerous times in alignment problems I had with my lid, when I first got it.

What about a rubber mat? Sometimes they are cut to fit, but you can find one for your model. You can throw it in when you go to the track, and take it out if you're going to a show. It won't scuff the paint up like a drop in would either. But you're running out of choices if you don't want a spray in, drop in, or a bedrug.

+ 1 for the bedrug, rubber would be a nice choice but dosent offer protection for the sides and tailgate.
