Default ?? anyone used custom seats and had to relocate seat belts

looking for info on mounting seat belts to the inside of body instead of in the seat. want to go with a custom leather seat but that would eliminate my seat belt. has anyone mounted the seat belt to the body/ rear pillar. need to know what seat belts used and how they modified inner panels to work.

thanks

I'm assuming your doing a regular cab...

In order to do it right you have to weld in some strong *** steel into your pillar... They come damn near hollow from the factory... I used the seatbelts from the backseat of an extended cab but mine are kinda slow...

Keep in mind about your seats... If your gonna use a seat that is not made specifically for your truck you will probably have to fab up a custom bracket to make them fit...

I have Vette seats in my '01 Sierra RCSB and they look hot... Good luck with yours.
