anyone in here have an s10 with an LS1

If you go to ZR2.com, there is a guy (he's actually a GM engineer) that had an LS1 out of a Vette in his ZR2. Then he kept breaking things, so it's now got a 1/2 Ton front diff, 4L80E, and a C5R block 427 w/ nitrous. It's also lifted on 35s. It was in the Ultimate Adventure 2 years ago, and in Peterson's 4WOR a couple of years ago.

 

Try the Conversions & Hybrids forum. Someone might be able to help you there.

 

There used to be someone on ls1truck.com who had an ls1 s-10. You could try over there. Good luck.

 

Theres a fella with a LS1 powered Colorado, on this forum. Now that's hot....

 

mine doesn't have a ls1 but has a v8. i will check my bookmarks later when I get home I believe I have some good links to build ups.

 

MIKEZR2 off of ZR2.com was doing an LS1 colorado conversion, so that might be him on this board. I haven't seen the ZR2 in person, but i heard it is badd ***. I spoke to him before, and is an awesome guy, he has his own shop here in MI call Diversified Creations, he could hook you up on prices for the ls1 swap probably.

do a search for Parish's 4.8 turbo on the dyno thread. there is a member on this site with a LQ9 in his S10 and his grandfather (if I remember his sig correctly) has one as well, who posted near the end of the reponses
