I have a few annoying scratches on the side of my truck and each time I see them I get mad!

One scratch is about 6-8" long and isn't too deep.

The other is about 3" long and not deep either.

One is a small ding on the bottom of the passanger door. Not huge, but not small. Looks like 4" total diameter.

Well my bumper is bent too but that's another story.

The scratches should be able to just be rubbed out with some sort of compound and filler if such an item exists...

Anyway...does someone have an idea of what I'm gonna get charged (how badly I am gonna get bent is better terminology) to take away these blemishes? They aren't too bad I just want to get an idea of what to expect before I go and get some estimates on Thursday.

Well, I can tell you that I had 4 scratches all were pretty deep and 2 dings in my paint and they were going to charge me about 450-500 dollars, but that is because three scratches were really deep all the way to the metal. But, if your sratches arent very deep and all you have is a small ding then I could see you paying no more than $200, maybe less, however, it all depends on the body shop,some want to charge $100 more than the next guy, thats why I always look around.
