oh yeah what the hell is that, looks like a flash unit on top of camera, I know its something else, Someone fill me in here.

 

Those are the new diamond cut desing. And yes like you said look like a camera flash (ain't they bright) but personally prefer the projector headlight look or better yet the sylvania HID system

 

i have those same lenses with HIDs. they work great with HIDs, controlled the light a lot better than the OEM ones.
