Man, my amps are in the back behind the seat and no problems at all. Let me know how the setup goes. Hope these pictures help.

Did you just screw them to the back wall? I'm not too fond of screws sticking out the back of the cab, maybe I can make some sort of bracket? Looks good. Thanks for the pics.

I just put some velcro things all along the back so it mounts to the back wall with no screws sticking out of the cab but its still removable if I need to take it off for something.

xXxSilverado does your seat back fold down? in the pic it looks like it does, if u modified it so it does that, i am very interested in knowing how u did that. Or is your seat just unbolted and sitting there?

I have 1 JL 10 w0 in a downfire box. The amp sits on the hump that goes under the seat down the middle of the truck. We put a piece of ply wood under the carpet then ran the screws through the carpet into the wood. There is no need to secure the wood to anything since it sits on top of the hump. The carpet holds the wood from going anywhere. I know it sounds kinda cheap but it will be easy to get back to stock if I need to, oh and it don't look bad either. If someone wants to steal it, I have insurance and they will replace it.
