Default 4 7/16 Backset

Will a 16x8 with a 4 7/16 backset fit a 03 2wd silverado? With no suspension mods. Mickey Thompson say they dont.

3 5/8 will stick out more. The more backspacing you have, the more the wheel will tuck.
