It would be 2 credits, $100.

Depending on how much the speedo is off, I think you're allowed to be 10-15% off before the PCM/stabilitrak lights up the dash.

It happened to me when I went from 3.42s to 4.10s until I got the tune fixed.

So is it safe to drive?
I don't really mind if the Stabilitrak, Traction Control or ABS is off, not really concerned about the speedo being incorrect either, for a short time of course. I am replacing the Converter before the end of the month at a friends shop and he is going to tune the Trans and I can ask him to fix all this other stuff while he is plugged in. So as long as those are just nuisance alarms and does NOT affect the drivability of the truck then I can just wait.
HOWEVER,
If its going to affect it to the point that my wife can't drive the truck to go get groceries or pick the kids up from school then that's a whole nother issue right there, know what I mean? What are your thoughts?

the sway bar works great!! its under the truck now.

Save the 100 bucks and have it done all at once. My ex-wife had a problem driving the truck after the gear change but she's an idiot and drives like a ********....but i confirmed that none of it worked when i took it for a spin, it did a donut without pushing the button.

If your friend is doing trans work, just stop by after the gear swap to have it corrected. He won't need to buy new credits when you go back for the trans work.
