What do you fellas recommend for as far as rear end setups. I'm scrapping the G80 and going with a truetrac. Still deciding on which company to go with for gears. I'd like to put 4.10's in it to get this pig moving. My question is which company makes the best bang for the buck on gears?

 

Honestly man, if you can get some OEM gears those wouldnt be a bad choice. Just not sure how much they are.

But for aftermarket Ive always heard Richmond is a good company to go with.

 

I used rons and cant remember how much it was but had no issues with the tru trac and the 3.73 gears i had installed by axis on my last truck.

 

Yukon is good

 

Ask the company your buying from what the recommend. Richmond, USA Gear, Yukon are all good brands.
