Default 265/35/22 or 285/35/22

sup guys! i'm tryin' to see the difference on how these two tires will look on 22's. can u guys post pics if you're runnin either one of these tire sizes? just want to compare em far view and close. thanks for the help!

Unless you're gonna drop it a few inches go with the taller tire. I had a 285/35/22 before and it made the rims look small because of all the wheel well that was showing. I hated it so much I bought 24's and dropped it 1/3. Plus the ride will be better.

i'm planning on dropping my truck 4/6. what size tires are those right now?

Right now I have 305/35/24 on mine. If you're gonna do a 4/6 then go with 265/35 like the other guys said.

On a 4/6 you can fit a 22x10 wheel and use 285/35's for the rear! I will go with that for the rear. For the front I'll go with the 265's.

With Nittos 555's 285/35/22 on a 4/6 drop. I think its the best size!


The truck above gots 20x8.5 wheels on the front with 255/35/20's! To small of a small profile for my taste.

well i know i have to go 265/35 on a 4/6 drop i just wanted to see the difference visually. now i'm thnking if a 285/35 will fit all around.... What do u guys think? thanks for the pics!!
