Default 2500HD NEEDS more tire..HELP

I wanna put some more meat under this thing. Looks like a damn industrial work truck the way GM sets it up. Ive got the polished optional wheels on the 04 model.... What size tire can I run to give me "that look" without having to install a lift kit? Truck is not a 4x4 so lifting it would be kinda silly, Ill leave that to Nine Ball

Pics would be AWESOME if ya got em!!!

285/75/16 works nice. You will need to crank your bars a little to make them fit right.

I have seen a 2500 HD with 285/75 16 BFG's and it looked sweet. I think that the look of the tire is just as important as the size. Go for a good All Terrain tire like the TA KO.

I have 305 BFG mud terrain's on my stock HD. It's a 4x4 so it may sit a litter higher. They don't rub but I trimmed some of the air dam off and strapped the fender linings back to give me some room.

Damn, thats the look I want from y truck. I do think the 4x4 sits about 2 inches higher from what I could tell. Hopefully these 285s will compliment my truck as well as the 305s did yours. Sweet pic, I miss playin in the mud
